How waking up earlier made me feel more rested

Hey there,

I hope you are doing well.

It’s still cold. 🥶 

And still dark in the mornings.

But something changed.

Getting out of bed doesn’t suck anymore!

Yeah, you read right. 😎 

I’ve managed to wake up early every day (some days better than others).

Not by accident.

But by choice!

And one simple thing made the difference:

Identifying my circadian rhythm ⏰ 

All this time I was waking up against my biology…

But by waking up 30 minutes earlier than usual, I felt like a different person.

More energized and rested. 🔋 

On top, I really enjoy the slow mornings.

Reading a copywriting book, sipping my coffee, and doing a bit of exercise. ☕️ 

I looove it.

A simple morning routine I’ve been looking forward to every day.

What the circadian rhythm is, how it works, and how to embrace it - will be all in the upcoming menu. 🍴
