What is apple cider vinegar?

Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) is an acidic, sour-tasting juice made from fermented apples. 🍏 

It’s won by mixing crushed apples with yeast (to speed up fermentation), and a carbohydrate (like sugar).

How is ACV made?

Through two fermentation stages:

1️⃣ Alcohol fermentation - Yeast converts apple sugars into alcohol.
