Why waking up early feels so f*cking hard

Hey there,

When was the last time you woke up and felt hyped for the day?

Like with a smile on your face, full of energy, and just sooo pumped. 🤩 

For me, that usually happens right before traveling, meeting friends and family, or a special occasion.

In other words:

Something special I’ve been really looking forward to.

Most days though, I wake up feeling sluggish, lowkey depressed, and overwhelmed. 😫 

But why?

Is it because of the short days, the cold weather, the job, lack of purpose, stress, or a midlife crisis? 🤔 

Probably a mix of them all.

Over the next days, we’ll go through this challenge together and start tackling it - step by step.
